We are being hit with a series of thunderstorms in Richmond today (and last night - that rudely interrupted my sleep!). What's better on a rainy, gloomy day then grilled cheese and soup?! I have to say that, in my humble opinion, I make a mean grilled cheese sandwich. So much so that my dad has nicknamed me "grilled cheese girl" along with "pancake girl" -- similar concepts: you have to know when to flip them -- I guess I just have it :)
